The strategy to learn by blended methodology in universities and some industrial organizations is the great idea for investors and stakeholders, but I think, if this methodology can really resolve problems for prepare some proffesionals in different social contexts, especially in countries where their economies no changes reach yet, what´s the difference between the traditional e-learning and the blended systems, the technology infraestructure or the collective intelligence in those organizations?, exist evidences that show us the true transformation in life´s quality levels?
