Searching for Blended Learning Proposal for our school.

hi,
i'm tasked right now to formulate and design a Blended learning program in our school. But i have difficulty on how to start a proposal. I think it would be a great help for me if somebody could provide me a sample of their existing blended learning program.
I would be very grateful for extending your help.

There are numerous models of how blended classes or programs can be designed or created. The question you need to start with is what program or class are you trying to deliver? Why do you want to do it via blended learning?
