i'm tasked right now to formulate and design a Blended learning program in our school. But i have difficulty on how to start a proposal. I think it would be a great help for me if somebody could provide me a sample of their existing blended learning program.

I would be very grateful for extending your help.

Are university instructors ready for blended learning? What do instructors have to say about becoming a blended learning instructor? I would like to locate current research (2005-2007) on the need for training programs for university instructors who move from face-to-face to online instruction.

I am trying to locate a rubric for evaluating blended (hybrid) courses which I could use in a class I am developing for our faculty on how to create blended classes. Does anyone know of an existing rubric or parts of rubrics?

Face to face
Blended
Fully online

First we should agree on the necessity of LIFELONG LEARNING. One cannot achieve lifelong learning with face to face or blended learning.

I am hoping any one on this forum can offer suggestions regarding if your university or you know of a university that may have a degree that fits the requirements of my dissertation research study.

I am looking for a degree program (undergraduate or master's level) focused on the adult learner (over 25) that offers students a choice of courses offered in three instructional formats: fully online, on ground (face-to-face), and blended/hybrid. I already have two nonprofit universities (one private and one public) who have agreed to be part of my study.
